Configuring Your Zendesk Account For Remote Authentication

To enable Zendesk integration, first log into your Zendesk account and navigate to Account –> Security and check the checkbox next to Enable remote authentication.

Once remote authentication is enabled, there are a few important settings to configure.

Remote login URL: The URL to your WordPress site that contains the [zendesk_login] shortcode.

Remote logout URL: The URL on your WordPress website that has the [account_logout] shortcode or the link that is generated when you use the [account_logout_link] shortcode. Zendesk needs to send users to a URL that will log them out of your Cart66 website.

Authentication token: Copy and paste this authentication token into the Cart66 admin settings in the Zendesk Account Information area.

Prefix: The prefix is the first part of your zendesk account URL. For example, if your Zendesk URL is http://mycompany.zendesk.com Then your prefix is mycompany. Enter your prefix in the Cart66 admin settings in the Zendesk Account Information area.
